Yes. We carry out most work in shopping centres and retail units at night or outside opening hours so your business runs without restrictions. The exact regime is agreed in the schedule.
Based on an itemised budget that you approve in advance. Payment is made in stages for work actually completed — no hidden items during the build.
No. We prepare both the design and the shop drawings — from surveying the space to drawings for bespoke joinery, steel and glass products.
The schedule is part of the contract, including a penalty for delay. We plan realistically, coordinate the work with our own team and report on progress continuously.
We hand over the space with a handover protocol. During the warranty period we remain available and handle any requests as a priority.
