FIT-OUT - Panta Rhei Banská Bystrica

For a client, we carried out important construction modifications to a store in a shopping center in Banská Bystrica. Our work included demolition, drywall, flooring, painting, glass partitions, etc. The entire reconstruction took only 23 days, with most of the work being carried out at night.

For the client, we carried out significant construction modifications of a commercial premise after the previous tenant. Our delivery included: electrical installations, plasterboard walls + ceilings, painting, tiling work, plumbing, masonry work, and other services. Due to the location of the premises within a shopping center, all work had to be carried out exclusively at night, and the work schedule had to be strictly adhered to.

Office Renovation

We completed a full renovation of a smaller office with an emphasis on functional use of space. The modifications included new flooring, lighting, and modern surface materials. The result is a cozy and practical work environment that meets the requirements for both comfort and representative appearance.

Apartment to Office Conversion

Laboratory Renovation

We completed a renovation of unused spaces into a neutron applications laboratory for the Slovak University of Technology. The construction work consisted of modifications to the ceiling, walls, new electrical installation, reinforced screed, and more.

Facility Construction for WALKYOURPLACE

We completed full facilities for a Slovak start-up for presentation and client meeting purposes. Our delivery included a steel platform with designer stairs, glass partitions and railings, drywall partitions, electrical installation, and more. We also prepared workshop design documentation for all deliveries.

SPILKA - column cladding

On a historically protected building in the center of Bratislava, we installed cladding for historical columns, including their inclined capitals and upper platforms. The cladding had to closely resemble the original state, and it was necessary to precisely level the substrate to match the original condition.

BLOOM BAKERY - pizza kiosk

At the Nivy shopping center in Bratislava, we created a commercial kiosk for Bloom Bakery for the preparation and sale of Roman pizza. In a small space, we carried out electrical installations, plumbing, new flooring, preparation for carpentry products, and installation of illuminated signs. All work, of course, had to be carried out during night hours.

Contera Park - Rača

In the warehouse space, we carried out large-scale painting of the hall’s dividing wall for the client. A platform was used for the work, along with airless paint spraying on the wall.
